This Agreement dated 2025/02/27 is made between VooGlue Pty. Limited of 55 Robinson Street, Nedlands, WA 6009 ,’VooGlue’ which represents the artists known collectively as ‘DAG’, or the Decentralised Art Gallery, ‘the Artists’ and of No address found
It is agreed that VooGlue will facilitate provision to the Venue of artworks by the artists as selected by the Venue ‘the artworks’ and that the Venue will display those artworks at the Venue’s premises ‘the premises’ as above upon the following terms and conditions.
VooGlue agrees:
1. To render such advice and assistance to the Venue in hanging and displaying the artworks at the premises as the Venue may require at no cost to the Venue.
2. To facilitate the artist and purchaser dealing directly with each other for the purchase of any artwork without involving the Venue.
3. To consult the Venue as to replacing any artwork sold.
The Venue agrees:
1. To display the artworks in safe and reasonably clean conditions at the premises where they will be readily viewable along with the attached QR codes by the Venue’s clientele.
2. To insure the artworks against damage, loss and theft whilst at the premises.
3. To keep the artworks at the premises at all times and not to remove the same without prior written permission of VooGlue.
The parties acknowledge that the title and ownership of the artworks and the copyright therein remains vested in the respective artists at all times.
This agreement maybe terminated by either party giving to the other not less than 14 day’s notice in writing (including by email), at the expiry of which period the Venue will deliver up the artworks kept in accordance with this agreement to the artists or their representative for collection at the premises.
