Laurie Freitag is a talented iPhone photographer based in Los Angeles, whose work as a documentary fine art photographer has garnered international recognition and acclaim. Drawing from her unique perspective as a nanny, Laurie`s series, The Lost Years, captures intimate moments of children in their environments, exploring the elusive nature of early memories and childhood amnesia. Influenced by her formative years in the Bronx, Coney Island, and Far Rockaway, N.Y., Laurie`s work often examines themes of childhood, memory, and mortality.
