VooGlue’s tribute to artists because they reveal the magic.

Here’s to our mad ones. Our artists. The rule-breakers. The creative destructors. The explorers. They don’t hide their ideas. They can’t. You can love them or loathe them. Be shocked by them, or support them. The only thing you can’t do – is to stop them. Because they hold up a mirror, to us. They show us new ways to perceive. And while some see mad, we see magical. Because the ones who are mad enough to believe they can reveal something new, are the ones who do.

The layers of paint normally hidden from view can be used as an artistic device. The artist creates messages and meaning within the layers of paint. The artist makes a video of the construction, and posts the video here, with a photo of the finished artwork. Our App does the rest.

When someone is in front of the physical artwork, they point the App on this website at the physical artwork there on the wall, and WOW! the video that was posted here, is played on their smartphone!

The hidden messages and meaning from within the layers of paint are thus revealed to the person who is looking at the physical artwork, on a painting in a gallery, or on a wall in a subway. Anywhere.

At the simplest form it can be speed painting, but it can be much more than that.

The video may be a speed painting, an art video, or simply the artist talking to camera about the work.

Art lovers can also buy the artwork – if it is for sale – right there from their phone.

Artists and art promoters (like galleries) easily add their artworks and videos using the app.

After the artworks are added, all art lovers can enjoy the show.

For artists wishing to experiment – for centuries artists have been restricted to the top layer of paint to send their message, to use as an artistic device. Now VooGlue has cracked the canvas open.
