Trademark usage guidelines

These Trademark Usage Guidelines (these ‘Guidelines‘) apply to your use, in a manner that has been approved in advance by VooGlue, of the following logo (the ‘VooGlue Mark‘) available on this page below. As used in these Guidelines, the term ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘VooGlue’ means Course2Careers Pty Ltd T/A VooGlue or any of its affiliate companies, as the case may be, and ‘you’ means the person or entity using the VooGlue Mark. Strict compliance with these Guidelines is required at all times, and any use of the VooGlue Mark in violation of these Guidelines will automatically terminate any licence related to your use of the VooGlue Mark.

1. YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO USE THE VOOGLUE MARK TO ADVERTISE THE AVAILABILITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS ON AN VOOGLUE SITE. YOU MAY USE THE VOOGLUE MARK (a) ON YOUR OWN WEBSITE, (b) IN ONLINE ADVERTISEMENTS AND/OR (c) IN OFFLINE ADVERTISEMENTS.
2. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO LINK YOUR USE OF THE VOOGLUE MARK TO AN VOOGLUE SITE.
3. You may use the VooGlue Mark solely for the purpose expressly authorised by VooGlue in these guidelines and your use must: (i) comply with the most up-to-date version of these Guidelines; and (ii) comply with any other terms, conditions, or policies that VooGlue may issue from time to time that apply to the use of the VooGlue Mark.
4. Below is the approved VooGlue Mark image for you to use. You may not alter the VooGlue Mark in any manner, including but not limited to, changing the proportion, colour, or font of the VooGlue Mark, or adding or removing any element(s) to or from the VooGlue Mark.
5. Do not use the VooGlue Mark as part of a sentence. For example, do not say, Our products are (VooGlue Mark), so please shop online.
6. You may not use the VooGlue Mark in any manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement by VooGlue other than by using the VooGlue Mark as specifically authorised in these guidelines by VooGlue.
7. You may not use the VooGlue Mark to disparage VooGlue, its products or services, or in a manner which, at VooGlue’s sole discretion, may diminish or otherwise damage or tarnish VooGlue or VooGlue’s goodwill in the VooGlue Mark.
8. The VooGlue Mark must appear in its entirety, with reasonable spacing between each side of the VooGlue Mark and other visual, graphic or textual elements. Under no circumstance should the VooGlue Mark be placed on any background which interferes with the readability or display of the VooGlue Mark.
9. Product images should not include any VooGlue logos or trademarks, or variations, modifications, or anything confusingly similar to VooGlue’s logos and trademarks. This includes, but is not limited to, any words or logos with the terms VOOGLUE, or the VooGlue frames design.
10. Product images should not include any badges used on VooGlue.com, or variations, modifications, or anything confusingly similar to such badges.
11. You may include the following statement in and on any materials that display the VooGlue Mark (written or electronic): ‘VooGlue’s trademark is used under licence from VooGlue.com or its affiliates.’
12. You acknowledge that all rights to the VooGlue Mark are the exclusive property of VooGlue, and all goodwill generated through your use of the VooGlue Mark will inure solely to the benefit of VooGlue. You will not take any action that conflicts with VooGlue’s rights in, or ownership of, the VooGlue Mark.

VooGlue reserves the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to modify these Guidelines and/or the approved VooGlue Mark at any time and to take appropriate action against any use without permission or any use that does not conform to these Guidelines.

Which logo should I download?

Small-screen applications (Such as Web Documents, PNG):

If you need to place a logo into an application, simply right-click one of the logo images below and save it to your desktop. You can size this image smaller but do not make it larger, as it will distort. If you need a larger logo for screen use, get the high-resolution JPEG instead.

Larger-screen applications (JPG):

If you need a larger image for on-screen use, ask for the ‘JPEG-High resolution’ file. This is a very large image, but it can be made smaller in your application. Contact us for it.

Print use:

If you print the logo or give it to a third party that will be printing the logo, consult with your third-party printer about whether you need the CMYK version or the spot colour version.

To direct visitors to use the VooGlue App You may print these images on stickers, or laminate signage with your display.

Do not use the transparent background logo on a patterned background.
