About Our Returns Policies

You can return most items within 30 days of receipt of delivery if you change your mind. Use this page to learn about our change of mind return policy. This change of mind return policy is in addition to, and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items. Please see our Returning Faulty Items policy for more information. Third party sellers on VooGlue.com. are expected to offer returns on an equivalent basis but their policies may vary.

VooGlue Change of Mind Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items fulfilled by VooGlue within 30 days of receipt of delivery for a replacement or full refund of the price you paid for the item if you change your mind – see About Replacements and About Refunds. Unless otherwise stated, original shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded. However, you may be eligible for Free Returns shipping.

Some items have different policies or requirements associated with them for change of mind returns. See below, under the item-specific headings, for further details. You will see specific returns information for each item you purchase in the product detail page accessible under your account then orders.

Please also check the details for items that are not returnable.

Conditions applying to change of mind returns

Unless otherwise stated in this Policy:

·         All item packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the returned items. Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable).

·         Items must be in new and unworn condition.

·         Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering are, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.

·         Any item(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

VooGlue is not required to accept change of mind returns on items outside the specified return window or change of mind returns of items that do not comply with this Policy.

These conditions apply only to change of mind returns and do not apply to items that are returned because they are faulty.

Shipping

For change of mind returns of item(s):

·         Eligible for Free Returns, please see that policy for instructions on how to ship these items back to us – original shipping fees will not be refunded.

·         Not eligible for Free Returns, you are responsible for any return shipping costs. If your item is eligible for and is returned using a pre-paid return option, a return shipping fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund amount. Alternatively, if you use the self-ship label, you are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping.

Look for the “Free Returns” messaging on the product detail page of an item to confirm if it is eligible for free returns.

Electronics and Devices

New electronic items fulfilled by VooGlue can be returned for change of mind, for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase cost of the item within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

Grocery Items

·         Grocery items are not returnable to VooGlue.com but may be refunded or replaced depending on the circumstances.

·         See About items that can’t be returned for information on requesting a refund or a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items (such as hazardous materials and food) are not returnable to VooGlue. A full list of non-returnable items is available here. In some circumstances, these items may be eligible for a refund or a replacement (for example, if you receive the wrong item due to an VooGlue error or if the item is faulty). Please Contact Us.

Seller Return Policies

For items ordered on VooGlue.com from a seller that fulfils and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), any returns will be in accordance with the returns policy set by that seller (not the VooGlue returns policies). Whilst sellers are expected to offer a returns policy equivalent to VooGlue, the seller returns policies may vary. Seller returns policies do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items.
