Chaos vs Order
$800.00 AUD
Chaos vs Order is an acrylic painting on stretched canvas measuring 50cm x 40cm. Inspired by an aerial view of the shoreline, the artwork depicts the clash between chaos and order. The left side represents chaos, with chaotic lines representing the ocean, crashing waves, and sand dunes. The right side represents order, with sloping lines in pink and brown colours. One prominent feature on the ordered side is a white spherical shape, connected to the chaos side by jagged lines. The colours on the chaos side range from browns, pinks, and greens, to blues, while the dividing line of the shore is depicted in white. The artist intended to convey their personal exploration of the chaos within their otherwise ordered life. The abstract style, combined with the use of iridescent acrylic colours, adds layers of depth and complexity to the artwork. Ultimately, Chaos vs Order seeks to examine the tension and balance between chaos and order in the artist`s existence.
